The Alexandria Aces (15-17) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 4-3 to the Gaithersburg Giants (11-23) on Saturday.

While the Alexandria Aces led until the seventh inning, the Gaithersburg Giants worked their way back and took the lead on an error.

Nick DeCarlo recorded his second win of the year for the Gaithersburg Giants. DeCarlo struck out one, walked none and gave up no hits.
