Jack Bauer went 2-3, helping the Linn-Benton (12-8) to a 4-2 victory over the Lane (12-6) on Saturday at LBCC Baseball Field .

Connor Qualley struck out seven, paving the way for a the Linn-Benton win. Qualley allowed one earned run, four hits and no walks over 6 2/3 innings.

Logan Roberts was hot from the plate for the Lane. Roberts went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the first innings and singled in the fourth inning.

Austin Crowson couldn't get it done on the hill for the Lane, taking a loss. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
