Monday was a great day for Drew Taylor, as he clubbed two home runs to carry the Top Speed Baseball (6-0) to an 18-7 victory over the Nevada Big Horns (0-4) at Governors Field.

The Top Speed Baseball blew out the Nevada Big Horns thanks to 23 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Top Speed Baseball scored seven runs in the sixth on the Top Speed Baseball scored in the sixth on a two-run home run by Cole Williams, , an error, a two-run double by Chris Miguel, an RBI single by Drew Vanisi, and an RBI single by Vanisi.

Jack Dennis had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He singled in the third and fifth innings and doubled in the second and seventh innings.

Cody Ball got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed two runs over 3 2/3 innings. He struck out one, walked two and surrendered five hits.

Chase Blueberg was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked three, struck out one, and allowed five runs.

The Top Speed Baseball pounded the Nevada Big Horns pitching, as six hitters combined for 18 hits, 14 RBIs and 11 runs scored.
