Johnson held the Okotoks Dawgs (3-8) scoreless during his nine innings of work. He pitched a shutout, allowing no opposing players to cross the plate on six hits while ringing up six.
Zac Wilson was hot from the plate for the Melville Millionaires. Wilson went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the first, fifth, and sixth innings.
Kenny Knudsen couldn't get it done on the mound for the Okotoks Dawgs, taking a loss. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked four, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
