The Edmonds (31-7) scored three runs in the eighth to cap a 9-3 win over the Shoreline (17-19) on Saturday.
The Edmonds scored in the eighth on an error and a two-run home run by Conor Plaisance.
Plaisance racked up five RBIs on four hits for the Edmonds.
The Edmonds relied on Alec Kisena to eat up innings en route to the win. Kisena allowed three earned runs, four hits and one walk while striking out five over eight innings of work.
Mitch Mondor ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
