The Lane (19-12) took home a marathon 5-4 victory over the Chemeketa (13-16) on Saturday at Chemeketa Baseball Stadium.
With the score tied at four in the tenth inning, Kyle Henderson came to the plate and singled, bringing home Kyle Watson.
Henderson did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Lane, reaching base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the seventh and tenth innings.
Andrew Axmaker racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Chemeketa. He singled in the fourth, eighth, and ninth innings.
D.J. Wilson got the win, running his season record to 3-0. He allowed one run over two innings. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered two hits.
Kris Jackson (3-1) took the loss for the Chemeketa. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed one run.
