The Linfield JV jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 4-2 to the Chemeketa (15-18) on Friday.
The Chemeketa took the lead in the seventh inning on a two-run double by Nick Livingston.
Rocco Ferrari had two extra-base hits for the Chemeketa. He doubled in the first and ninth innings.
Carson Dwyre picked up the win for the Chemeketa. Dwyre pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, seven hits and no walks while striking out three.
