The SW Oregon (7-13) beat the Linfield JV 7-3 on Saturday at SWOCC behind Brendan Somers, who drove in three runs.
He singled in the second inning and doubled in the third inning.Dalton Ridgway put together a nice outing. Ridgway gave up just one hit, allowed one earned run, walked none and struck out seven during his five innings of work.
Connor Scott was charged with the loss. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked three and struck out three.
