Francisco Rodriguez tossed a shutout to lift the Santa Fe Fuego (33-20) to an 11-0 win over the Trinidad Triggers (43-18) at Fort Marcy Park.

Rodriguez's 14 strikeouts were enough to push the Santa Fe Fuego past the Trinidad Triggers. The Santa Fe Fuego's pitcher gave up just four hits over nine shutout innings.

The Santa Fe Fuego ran up the score, scoring runs at will until the final out. The Santa Fe Fuego scored three runs in the final three innings to cap the blowout win. A three-run home run by Kevin Wirth helped the Santa Fe Fuego score three runs in the seventh. The Santa Fe Fuego had three hits in the inning.
