The Bethesda Big Train (15-3) jumped on the SS-T T Bolts (9-7) early on their way to a 6-2 win on Wednesday at Blair Stadium, scoring three runs in the first inning.

The Bethesda Big Train scored in the first on an RBI single by Chris Lewis, a hit by pitch, and an RBI single by Tim Yandel.

Harrison Crawford reached base four times in the game for the Bethesda Big Train. He scored one run and had one RBI. He doubled in the second innings.

Chris Monaco put together a nice outing. Monaco gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out two during his three innings of work.

Drew Strotman got the win, running his season record to 2-1. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Michael Austin (0-1) took the loss for the SS-T T Bolts. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked one and struck out four.
