Evan Mendoza went 2-4, sparking the Baltimore Dodgers (12-20) to a 5-3 victory in seven innings over the Alexandria Aces (15-13) on Wednesday at Joe Cannon Stadium.

Elijah Ginsburg racked up seven strikeouts in the the Baltimore Dodgers win. Ginsburg allowed two earned runs, five hits and two walks over six innings.

Mike Marcinko racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Alexandria Aces. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the fourth inning.

William Lescher ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
