Andrew Moore collected three hits as the Skagit Valley (9-9) took home a 10-5 victory over the Everett (7-10) in seven innings at Everett Memorial on Thursday.
He singled in the first and third innings and doubled in the sixth inning.Kory Longaker racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Everett. He singled in the second and seventh innings.
Even though Jacob Howard allowed five runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory, his second of the season. He struck out three, walked four and surrendered five hits.
Kyle Francis (1-3) took the loss for the Everett. He allowed six runs in 3 1/3 innings, walked three and struck out none.
