Breazeale had a hot bat for the Baltimore Redbirds. Breazeale went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run.
Dakota Forsyth picked up the win for the Baltimore Redbirds. Forsyth pitched 6 2/3 innings and allowed one earned run, four hits and two walks while striking out two.
Connor Van Hoose (1-1) took the loss for the D.C. Grays. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
