Carl Cobert went 1-3 and hit a home run as the Rockville Express (4-7) took home a 5-2 victory over the Gaithersburg Giants (1-11) at Criswell Automotive Field on Wednesday.

Alex Cuas picked up the win for the Rockville Express. Cuas pitched seven innings and allowed two earned runs, five hits and three walks while striking out four.

Connor Staskey was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
