Brandon Zimmerman collected three hits, sparking the Clark (5-4) to an 8-3 victory in seven innings over the Skagit Valley (5-3) on Saturday at Tigard, OR.
He singled in the first, second, and sixth innings.Nick Gagner improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Clark. He allowed one run over 4 2/3 innings. He struck out one, walked two and surrendered two hits.
Robert Hill (0-1) took the loss for the Skagit Valley. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out six, and allowed five runs.
