A three-run seventh inning sealed a 10-4 win for the Victor RailRiders (27-23) over the Newark Pilots (20-30) on Thursday at Colburn Park.

The Victor RailRiders scored in the seventh on an RBI single by Tommy Wagner, an RBI single by Nick Boland, and an RBI single by Boland.

Matt Brooks boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 2-2 day at the plate to pace the Victor RailRiders. He singled in the second and fourth innings.

Colin Johnson picked up the win for the Victor RailRiders. Johnson pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and one walk while striking out two.

Charlie Sobieraski (3-2) took the loss for the Newark Pilots. He lasted just two innings, walked five, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
