Evan Fernandez collected three hits, helping the Victor RailRiders (24-20) to a 5-1 victory over the Utica Brewers (18-26) on Saturday at Murnane Field.

Jesse Bogacz picked up the win for the Victor RailRiders. Bogacz pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, four hits and one walk while striking out five.

Collin Gee ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his fourth loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
