The Saugerties Stallions (4-3) and the Amsterdam Mohawks (4-3) both had scoring chances on Tuesday, but it was the Saugerties Stallions that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 5-4 win at Shuttleworth Park.
Clint Hardy had a hot bat for the Saugerties Stallions. Hardy went 2-4 and scored two runs. He doubled in the fourth inning.
Tyler Kirkpatrick did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Amsterdam Mohawks, reaching base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the third inning and homered in the fifth inning.

Kyle Smith ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
