An outstanding effort by Ryan Cumberland led the Atwater Aviators (10-9) to an 8-3 win over the California Pilots on Tuesday at Fireman's Memorial Ballpark.

Cumberland rocked the California Pilots with two home runs. Cumberland went 2-2 in the game with three RBIs and two runs scored. Cumberland homered in the second and fourth innings.

Phil Sauer recorded his second win of the year for the Atwater Aviators. He allowed two runs over five innings. Sauer struck out two, walked two and gave up four hits.

Arron Morris was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two innings, walked four, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
