The Seacoast Mavericks (12-27) didn't stand a chance on Friday, as the North Shore Navigators (24-17) captured a blowout 10-4 win at Leary Field.

The North Shore Navigators scored four runs in the fifth on the North Shore Navigators scored in the fifth on an RBI double by Richie Fecteau, a fielder's choice, a double by Chad Martin, , and a single by Giovanni Dingcong.

Brandon Fischer had two extra-base hits for the North Shore Navigators. He doubled in the first and sixth innings and singled in the second and seventh innings.

The Seacoast Mavericks couldn't get anything going so long as Taso Stathopolous was on the hill. Stathopolous held the Seacoast Mavericks hitless over 1 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three.

Shea Sullivan reached base two times in the game for the Seacoast Mavericks. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the sixth inning.

Steve Xirinachs improved to 6-1 on the year by picking up the win for the North Shore Navigators. He allowed four runs over 5 2/3 innings. Xirinachs struck out six, walked three and gave up five hits.

Josh Jacques (1-1) took the loss for the Seacoast Mavericks. He allowed seven runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out six.

The North Shore Navigators' MJ Brown, Dingcong, Martin and Fischer combined for 10 hits and five RBIs.
