The South Bay Storm make the most of 9 hits in 9-4 victory over the San Francisco Seagulls

The South Bay Storm (5-7) and the San Francisco Seagulls (6-6) both threatened with rallies, but it was the South Bay Storm that eventually took advantage of them in a 9-4 win at CSU East Bay.

Christian Pluchar got a hit in each of his two at bats. He singled in the second and fifth innings.

Paul Murray racked up two RBIs on two hits for the San Francisco Seagulls. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the fifth inning.

Chris Hau improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the South Bay Storm. He allowed two runs over four innings. Hau struck out one, walked one and gave up seven hits.

Bridger Dauenhauer ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed five runs.

The South Bay Storm were sparked by Pluchar and Cameron Santos, who teamed up for four hits and four RBIs.
