Ryan Cumberland racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Atwater Aviators. He homered in the fifth inning and singled in the first and sixth innings.

Dominic Giuliani racked up two RBIs on one hit for the South Bay Storm. He homered in the fourth inning.

Takeru Kawagoe got the win, running his season record to 1-1. He allowed three runs over two innings. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered three hits.

Chris Hau ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked two, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
