The Shoreline (17-19) refused to relinquish the lead after grabbing it early against the Pierce (17-21), recording a 7-1 victory on Wednesday at Mt Tahoma High School .

A two-run double by Brent Firth and an RBI single by Cody Wolfe during the first inning fueled the Shoreline's offense early.Wolfe led the Shoreline's offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He scored one run and had one RBI.
Mitch Mondor struck out seven, paving the way for a the Shoreline win. Mondor allowed no earned runs, four hits and one walk over five innings.
