Jeremy Pena went 2-4, helping the Torrington Titans (22-24) to a 5-3 victory over the Pittsfield Suns (22-26) on Sunday at Wahconah Park.

John Russell struck out six, paving the way for a the Torrington Titans win. Russell allowed one earned run on six hits and no walks over six innings.

The Pittsfield Suns were led by Derek Bauer's hitting. Bauer went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the third inning and tripled in the eighth inning.

Adam Erkis couldn't get it done on the bump for the Pittsfield Suns, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
