MJ Brown went 1-3, sparking the North Shore Navigators (27-19) to a 2-1 victory over the Brockton Rox (29-18) on Thursday at Fraser Field.
He tripled in the fifth inning.Steve Xirinachs picked up the win for the North Shore Navigators. Xirinachs pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and three walks while striking out two.
Grant Lamberton got a hit in each of his two at bats. He singled in the fourth and ninth innings.
Andrew David allowed two earned runs, seven hits and one walk while striking out four over seven innings of work.
