The Torrington Titans (21-22) beat the Bristol Blues (26-19) 3-2 but needed 10 innings to do so on Wednesday at Muzzy Field.

With the score tied at two, Nick Garland came to the plate and singled, plating Dan Schock.

The Bristol Blues couldn't get anything going so long as David Gerics was on the hill. The Bristol Blues managed just one hit off of Gerics, who allowed one earned run, walked four and struck out four during his five innings of work.

Ray Krieger recorded his third win of the year for the Torrington Titans. Krieger struck out three, walked one and gave up two hits.

Riley Streit was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out three, and allowed one run.
