The Wachusett Dirt Dawgs had the lead early, but couldn't hold off the Nashua Silver Knights. The Wachusett Dirt Dawgs led until the fifth inning, but the Nashua Silver Knights took the lead back on a sacrifice fly by Ryan Sullivan.

The Nashua Silver Knights were led by a flawless day at the dish by Matt Foley, who went 4-4 against the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs' pitching. He doubled in the fifth inning and singled in the first, third, and seventh innings.

AJ Celentano couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs, taking a loss. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
