A walk-off from Tyler Ramirez brought home the winning run for the Brewster Whitecaps (6-7) in a 4-3 victory over the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (4-8) in 10 innings at Stony Brook on Friday.

Ramirez got on base three times in the game for the Brewster Whitecaps. He scored one run and had one RBI.

Thomas Hackimer recorded his first win of the year for the Brewster Whitecaps. He struck out three, walked none and surrendered no hits.

David Ellingson ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed one run.
