The Florence Freedom (49-46) had a tough outing on Wednesday, as the Windy City ThunderBolts (41-55) dominated in a 9-2 win at UC Health Stadium.

The Windy City ThunderBolts scored three runs in the fifth on the Windy City ThunderBolts scored in the fifth on a solo home run by Coco Johnson, a solo home run by Austin Gallagher, and a two-run home run by Gallagher.

Gallagher racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Windy City ThunderBolts.

Travis Tingle picked up the win for the Windy City ThunderBolts. Tingle pitched six innings and allowed two earned runs, five hits and one walk while striking out three.

Frazier Hall racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Florence Freedom. He singled in the fourth inning and tripled in the sixth inning.

Coleman Stephens (4-5) took the loss for the Florence Freedom. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked one and struck out none.
