The Windy City ThunderBolts (36-49) blew out the Traverse City Beach Bums (49-33) 11-2 on Sunday at Wuerfel Park after pouring on seven runs in the fourth inning.

The Windy City ThunderBolts scored in the fourth on a two-run single by Austin Gallagher, an RBI double by Max White, a two-run double by Ransom LaLonde, a sacrifice fly by Jacob Tanis, and an RBI single by Alex Chittenden.

Chittenden led the Windy City ThunderBolts' offensive threat, as he got on base four times in the game. He scored one run and had one RBI.

Austin Wright kept contact to a minimum, striking out five the Traverse City Beach Bums batters. Wright allowed two earned runs, five hits and no walks over six innings.

Rob Blanc was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked four, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
