The Windy City ThunderBolts (5-9) beat the Evansville Otters (10-5) 6-1 in seven innings on Sunday at Standard Bank Stadium behind Ransom LaLonde, who went 2-3.

The Evansville Otters had no answer for Danny Jimenez, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Evansville Otters managed just three hits off of Jimenez, who allowed one earned run, walked two and struck out five during his five innings of work.

Connor Little pitched lights out for the Evansville Otters. The Windy City ThunderBolts managed just one hit off of the the Evansville Otters' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his two innings of work.

Efrain Nieves (2-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked one and struck out two.
