Tyler Slepski improved to 5-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Butler BlueSox. He allowed three runs over six innings. He struck out three, walked three and surrendered 10 hits.

Steve Huber ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just zero innings, walked one, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
