It was a good day at the plate for the Butler BlueSox's White. White went 4-5, drove in one and scored two runs.
Larry Wood brought the heat against the Chillicothe Paints during his outing. Wood gave up just two hits, allowed one earned run, walked six and struck out six during his six innings of work.
Adam Niemeyer ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in two-thirds of an inning, walked one and struck out none.
