The West Virginia Miners (14-8) continued to pile up the runs on Saturday, scoring four runs in the last three innings, on the way to a 13-2 landslide win over the Chillicothe Paints (13-8) at VA Memorial Stadium.

The West Virginia Miners scored five runs in the fourth on the West Virginia Miners scored in the fourth on a two-run single by Cal Hernandez, a groundout by Dylan Harvey, and a two-run home run by Dom Iero.

Iero racked up four RBIs on three hits for the West Virginia Miners.

Cody Artalejo picked up the win for the West Virginia Miners. Artalejo pitched nine innings and allowed two earned runs, eight hits and no walks while striking out four.

Patrick Riehl pitched lights out for the Chillicothe Paints. Riehl held the West Virginia Miners hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.

Tom Colletti (1-2) took the loss for the Chillicothe Paints. He allowed six runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out five.
