Chris Amato went 2-3, sparking the Kokomo Jackrabbits (21-20) to a 6-3 victory over the Terre Haute Rex (30-9) on Wednesday at Kokomo Municipal Stadium.

Andrew Gutierrez reached base three times in the game for the Terre Haute Rex. He singled in the second inning.

Jeremy Randolph pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and no walks while striking out three.

Patrick Dayton improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Kokomo Jackrabbits. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered two hits.

Randolph couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Terre Haute Rex, taking a loss.
