Yoonjae Nam went 2-4, helping the Danville Dans (6-3) to a 7-3 victory over the Springfield Sliders (5-4) on Friday at Danville Stadium.

Matt Wivinis had an impressive outing against the Springfield Sliders' lineup. The Springfield Sliders managed just three hits off of the the Danville Dans' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out five during his five innings of work.

Nick Kowalczuk led the Springfield Sliders' offensive threat, as he got on base four times in the game. He singled in the fifth inning.

Alec Altmyer couldn't get it done on the bump for the Springfield Sliders, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked four, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
