The SW Oregon (9-16) and the Linn-Benton (11-12) both had scoring chances on Friday, but it was the SW Oregon that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 4-2 win at SWOCC Athletic Fields .

It was a good day at the plate for the Linn-Benton's Henry Rondeau. Rondeau went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the first, third, and seventh innings.

Tanner Crooks recorded his second win of the year for the SW Oregon. He allowed two runs over 6 2/3 innings. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered eight hits.

Jacob Musial couldn't get it done on the mound for the Linn-Benton, taking a loss. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
