Trai Patrick went 1-2 as the Bellevue (24-14) took home a 6-5 victory over the Olympic (11-25) at Courter Field on Saturday.
He doubled in the third inning.Corbin Powers got the win for the Bellevue thanks to seven strikeouts. Powers allowed one earned run on five hits and one walk over seven innings.
Gio Battistoni pitched lights out for the Olympic. Battistoni gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his three innings of work.
Jake Magera (2-4) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked three and struck out three.
