The Skagit Valley outlast the Bellevue in high-scoring affair, 13-11

Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Sunday as the Skagit Valley (14-13) outscored the Bellevue (19-11) 13-11.

The two teams combined for 27 hits in the game.

Stevie Semler racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Skagit Valley. He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the fourth inning.

The Bellevue couldn't get anything going so long as Tyrel Panter was on the hill. Panter held the Bellevue hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four.

Zach Usselman got on base three times in the game for the Bellevue. He scored three runs and had one RBI. He homered in the fourth inning.

Koleman Johns (0-1) took the loss for the Bellevue. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
