Saturday was a great day for Zander Clouse, as Clouse tossed eight scoreless innings to carry the Bellevue (11-5) to a 5-1 victory over the Treasure Valley (12-5) at Ravensdale.
Dylan Vchulek did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Bellevue, reaching base four times. He singled in the third and eighth innings.
Zach Arzola had an impressive outing against the Bellevue's lineup. Arzola held the Bellevue hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three.
Tony McCarty was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed one run.
