Olympic vs Shoreline: 9-10

Offenses dominate as the Shoreline outscore the Olympic 10-9

The bats were busy at Meridian on Sunday, and when the dust cleared the Shoreline (20-20) had a 10-9 win over the Olympic (14-30).

The teams totaled 17 hits in the game.

Jorgen Arnesen had two extra-base hits for the Shoreline. He doubled in the second inning and tripled in the third innings.

Max Dwyer put together a nice outing. The Olympic managed just one hit off of the the Shoreline's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his four innings of work.

Matt Noll racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Olympic. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Colin Cloud recorded his first win of the year for the Shoreline. He allowed three runs over 2 2/3 innings. He struck out none, walked four and surrendered no hits.

Kaden Slade-White was charged with his sixth loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed five runs.

Brent Firth, Colin Shilton, Jacob Zanon and Arnesen helped lead the Shoreline. They combined for seven hits and five RBIs.
