The Bellevue (17-9) beat the Shoreline 17-3 in seven innings on Sunday at Meridian after a 10-run explosion in the second inning.
The Bellevue scored in the second on an RBI single by Jordan LaFave, an RBI single by Trai Patrick, a hit by pitch, an RBI single by Drew Lomsdalen, a two-run single by Evan Johnson, an error, a two-run double by Niko De La Cruz, a two-run double by De La Cruz, and a sacrifice fly by LaFave.
De La Cruz racked up five RBIs on four hits for the Bellevue.
The Shoreline (10-10) had no answer for Lomsdalen, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Lomsdalen held the Shoreline hitless over 3 2/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two.
Eric Gregory (0-1) took the loss for the Shoreline. He allowed six runs in one inning, walked two and struck out none.
