Both the Edmonds (24-6) and the Skagit Valley (14-17) put runners aboard on Sunday, but it was the Edmonds that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 5-3 win at Skagit Valley.

Spencer Greene racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Edmonds. He singled in the third and fourth innings.

Brian Way brought the heat against the Skagit Valley during his outing. The Skagit Valley managed just three hits off of Way, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his five innings of work.

Nick Bruton couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Skagit Valley, taking a loss. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
