The Mt. Hood (10-7) pounded the Clackamas (5-11) on Saturday 10-2 at Mt. Hood .

A three-run home run by Isaac Benard and helped the Mt. Hood score four runs in the seventh. The Mt. Hood had three hits in the inning.

Benard racked up four RBIs on four hits for the Mt. Hood.

Joe Balfour kept contact to a minimum, striking out nine the Clackamas batters. Balfour allowed two earned runs on four hits and one walk over eight innings.

Corey Wynant hit two home runs for the Clackamas. Wynant went 2-4 in the game with two RBIs and two runs scored. Wynant homered in the fourth and eighth innings.

Stephen Parker was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in six innings, walked none and struck out three.
