The Spokane outlast the Treasure Valley in extras, 7-6

The Spokane (27-14) put in a full day's work in a 10-inning, 7-6 win over the Treasure Valley (32-15) Sunday at Spokane Falls Community College.

With the score tied at six, Logan Jackson came to the plate and singled, scoring Michael Heaton.

Ryan Murkle led the Spokane's offensive threat, as he got on base four times in the game. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Steven Hexum was solid at the plate for the Treasure Valley. Hexum went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the first, fourth, and ninth innings.

Alex Rees recorded his second win of the year for the Spokane. Rees struck out none, walked none and gave up no hits.

Kaleb White was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.
