Sheldon Liikala went 2-3, sparking the Spokane (17-5) to a 7-5 victory over the Wenatchee Valley (11-8) on Wednesday at Spokane Falls Community College.

Hunter Hanson did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Wenatchee Valley, reaching base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the sixth and seventh innings.

The Spokane couldn't get anything going so long as Tyler Charlo was on the hill. The Spokane managed just one hit off of Charlo, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out one during his 3 2/3 innings of work.

Adam Paulson recorded his sixth win of the year for the Spokane. He allowed three runs over six innings. He struck out four, walked three and surrendered six hits.

Kyle Blankenship (3-2) took the loss for the Wenatchee Valley. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked one and struck out five.
