The Mt. Hood scored in the first on an RBI single by Nolan McCall, an RBI single by Thomas Lane, an RBI single by Lane, and a groundout by Jay Rogers.
McCall racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Mt. Hood.
Nathan Hunter got the win for the Mt. Hood thanks to six strikeouts. Hunter allowed three earned runs on seven hits and one walk over seven innings.
Austin Kelly racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Linn-Benton. He doubled in the fifth and seventh innings.
Jacob Musial (4-4) took the loss for the Linn-Benton. He lasted just three innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
