The Blue Mountain (4-5) blew out the Green River (3-6) 7-1 on Saturday after pouring on four runs in the fifth inning.

The Blue Mountain scored in the fifth on a hit by pitch, a fielder's choice, and a two-run single by Frankie Leonardi.

The Green River couldn't get anything going so long as Kyler Knieriem was on the hill. The Green River managed just three hits off of Knieriem, who allowed one earned run, walked one and struck out five during his six innings of work.

Josh Broom ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked one and struck out three.
