Rory Graf-Brennen was cold coming off the bench, but Graf-Brennen warmed up quickly as Graf-Brennen stroked a key pinch-hit single in the nine to lead the Lower Columbia (13-7) to a 3-2 win over the Pierce (7-12) on Sunday at David Story Field.

With the Lower Columbia trailing by two, Graf-Brennen came to the plate and singled, plating Ryan Littlefield.

A walk-off single by Conner Switzer gave the Lower Columbia the win.

Switzer reached base one time in the game for the Lower Columbia.

Joel Worden improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Lower Columbia. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Devion Riley ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed no runs.
