The Lower Columbia outdone by Plaisance and the Edmonds, 6-4

Conor Plaisance went 1-4 and hit a home run as the Edmonds (12-2) took home a 6-4 victory over the Lower Columbia (9-6) at David Story Field on Saturday.

He homered in the first inning.

Alec Kisena's seven strikeouts were enough to push the Edmonds past the Lower Columbia. Kisena allowed three earned runs, seven hits and one walk over eight innings.

Lorin Archibald boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 4-4 day at the plate to pace the Lower Columbia. He singled in the second, fifth, and seventh innings and doubled in the ninth inning.

Joel Worden couldn't get it done on the hill for the Lower Columbia, taking a loss. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
